BROWN RANCH RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from the delivery date, and have unworn merchandise with all the original tags attached please call the below phone number or email returns@brownranchcompany.com. Note all clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Get started

  • Returned items should be unworn, still have their original tags attached and in new condition.
  • You may return your order within 30 days from delivery date.
  • All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Request a Return Authorization

  • You must obtain a valid return authorization number that has been issued with 30 days of product delivery. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

Shipping product back

  • 2 choices- Use our convenient free flat rate shipping label or you can choose to use your own carrier 
  • If you choose your own carrier, returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if there is no Returns Authorization number on the box. Also, include a copy of your packing slip or invoice form in your return.

What is next

  • When product is returned, the Credit Card/Gift Card used to make the original purchase will be automatically refunded. For this reason, it is important to retain Credit Card/Gift Card. Please allow 12-14 days business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed.
