SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

• UPS does not deliver on weekends
• In-Stock orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are received 
• BROWNRANCHCO reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.

Brown Ranch Co. customers may choose from three shipping methods.

We do not charge credit card for any items until they enter the shipping process. When your order is shipped, we send confirmation via email with shipment details and amount charged.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee priority shipping, but most Alaska and Hawaii orders normally take 8-12 business days.

For guaranteed delivery of 3-Day and overnight shipping in the Continental U.S. orders must be placed by 10:00AM Mountain Standard Time. Expedited shipping to rural routes and remote locations could take an additional business day. Allow 4 business days for a 3 day service.

Orders are shipped to physical addresses only. Please do not enter P.O. Box as your shipping address.
